Concept & Thought Process

The core idea behind this campaign was to personify acidity and GERD symptoms as an acid monster, visually represented by the sinister-looking food or beverages that trigger acidity. This approach immediately captures attention while making the problem easily relatable.

Instead of using a generic medical approach, the campaign leverages storytelling to show how food items, a common trigger for GERD, can become a problem when the stomach struggles to handle it. The imagery of the evil food item, reinforces its role as a villain causing acidity and discomfort.

The green stomach icon in the background further emphasizes the affected organ, helping reinforce the connection between acid reflux and GERD. The campaign  “Tame the Acid Monster” provides a direct and powerful call to action, encouraging doctors to consider Acera-D as the solution for effective acid control.
